HWALU Omega Heat Transfer Plates provide an efficient way to distribute radiant heat from PEX tubing. Made in the USA and machined from aluminum. The channel is a wraparound omega (ω) that fits snugly and is very effective in securing the duct over a floor system such as the HWALU floor system.
【Reliable Sheet Kit】-Material: Aluminum; Length: 4ft; Width: 4.13″; High-quality aluminum heat transfer plate to provide better heat transfer function for floor radiant system. 【Excellent Compatibility】– These pex heat transfer plates are compatible with most types of 3/8″ PEX pipes. Fits most brands of PEX, pipes or EVOH coated “Oxygen Barrier” pipes. 【Easy Installation】– Usually installed in radiant systems of under-floor (between joists) type, mezzanine type, on-floor (sleepers), walls and ceilings. When assembling, leave 1-2 inches of space between the boards. Can be cut to meet different needs. 【Thickness and Precautions】– 0.016″ standard thickness, pex aluminum heat transfer plate can be bound by hand or stapler. U-shaped design, reduce thermal voids caused by the gap between the plate and the tube. 【Wide application】-Perfectly improve the heat transfer of the system and reduce the required water supply temperature. Power-saving products for homes, apartments, hotels, etc.
Made of stamped aluminum, this heat transfer plate pex is sturdy and has a long service time. Provides even heat distribution and reduces supply temperature by 30-40%.
Technical U-shaped channel to easily snap 3/8″ PEX tube into the plate to hold it in place. 0.016″ thick plate, radiant heat transfer plates can be nailed together effortlessly.
These heat transfer panels can be installed on under-floor (between joists), mezzanine or under-floor (sleeper) heating systems, as well as in radiant walls and ceilings.
Use tin scissors to freely cut the heat transfer plate and use pliers to widen the channel opening. Customize the length of pex heat transfer plates to suit your needs.
When installing the pex heat transfer plates, allow 1-2 inches of space between the plates. Boards Consumed Cycles: Number of Boards = Square Feet x 1.30 / Board Length.
These radiant heat transfer panels will work with the PEX pipes on a radiant floor heating system. Therefore, it is suitable for home, hotel, ceiling, apartment use.
